CONCLUSION It is possible to conclude in this study that the incidence of the Leishmaniose in Oath is high, since of the 17 people who had made the test, two had resulted positive for the illness, that is, 12% of the total sample. Of the symptoms observed in the population, main they had been injuries in the skin, fever and loss of weight. In the cases of positive diagnosis, the treatment was carried through gratuitously in hospitals, however, none of the interviewed ones knew to answer which the medicine was used in its treatment.
